Processing times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) processing times may be slightly longer, but we do our best to ship as quickly as possible.
Shipping times
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

Standard shipping: usually 5–8 business days after dispatch for most countries.

Remote areas or limited‑service regions may take a few extra days.
These time frames are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (customs inspections, local carrier delays, weather, etc.).

If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us so we can confirm if shipping is available.
Shipping costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight/size.
From time to time we may offer free shipping promotions; when active, the conditions will be clearly indicated on the product page and at checkout.
Order tracking
Every order is shipped with a tracking number.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.

It may take 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the label is created.
Customs, duties and taxes (international orders)
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by your local authorities.

The customer is responsible for paying any additional charges required by their country to release the shipment.

We cannot predict or control these costs, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Incorrect address or failed delivery
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to pick up, we can resend it once the reshipping cost has been paid.

If you prefer a refund instead of reshipment, we will refund the product price (excluding original shipping) once the item is received back in good condition.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, or if the item arrives visibly damaged:

Check first with household members and neighbors, and verify the address used.

Contact the carrier with your tracking number.

We will work with the carrier to investigate and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund according to our refund policy.
